In addition, we constantly rinse the cleaning cloths to remove any grim collected, to ensure that we do not spread germs to other surfaces and areas through cross-contamination, and to completely rinse the cleaning solution and soap from the surface.
Think of it this way: you can use sanitizer on your hands, but do most people clean the tops and bottoms of their hands, between their fingers, and under their fingernails with the hand sanitizer? What if you touch your mouth after using the hand sanitizer? But if you use soap and water to thoroughly wash your hands - scrubbing all surfaces of your hands - rinse your hands, and then dry them with a clean cloth, you won’t spread germs anywhere else on you or the surfaces that you touch. Cleaning your hands only with hand sanitizer is like spraying a solution on your kitchen counter, wiping it down, and then letting it dry - the cleaning solution is still on the counter and it will then be transferred to anything you place on the counter, such as plates, silverware, or your hands.
